Through Mindfulness Meditation you will find joy in everyday life. You will also discover how to work with your thoughts and emotions and sense perceptions. After these sessions, you will know how to honestly meet and openly relate to your mind, embrace the fullness of experience and live in a wholehearted way.

There is no charge. Donations (Dana) is accepted.
