Even your cash should be trying to get ahead of taxes and inflation so monitor that closely. I know it is hard in this low rate environment but there are good deals out there-be on the watch for them.

Speaking of low interest rates- I am looking into having my home reassessed lower to save on property taxes and got my eye out to refinance at a 4.5% 30 year fixed. Think I can do it? Stay tuned!
